Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant works independently but collaboratively with the Division Chief, Operations and Academic Directors, faculty, and program coordinators to support the day-to-day operations of the division. This position manages the Family Medicine Division’s administrative needs, ensuring continuity and increasing efficiencies. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
This role supports the Family Medicine Division’s faculty leadership with:
Scheduling meetings
Meeting support/taking minutes
Faculty leave tracking
Procurement/purchasing
Travel
Management of faculty CME accounts
MBM /CV management
Event planning
Other administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in business or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and three years full-time secretarial experience required.
Demonstrated human relations and effective written and verbal communication skills required.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and direct supervisory experience preferred.
