Moog Medical Devices Group designs is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide professional office service support to site leaders and ensure that office functions are maintained.  You will be located in Salt Lake City, UT.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will: * Provide professional support for site leadership including but not limited to: *  Catering, meeting coordination, conference room scheduling, agendas, Scribe for meetings as needed (confidentiality required) *  Distributing correspondence from leadership to staff* *  Coding invoices for approval; complete expense reports * Support administrative HR tasks * Coordinate company events with internal and external stakeholders. * Maintain site conference rooms and reception area including office supply cabinet and mail distribution. * Support site operations and HR with other duties as assigned. * Maintain Visitors Registers; receive, screen and direct/escort visitors to the appropriate people onsite and utilize visitor management software tool. * Site purchases, reconciliation of invoices/accounts, as requested. * Maintaining site reports as requested, assist in data collection to compile a variety of reports. * Composition/distribution of general correspondence to Site employees as requested. * Assist with maintaining seating chart, mailroom roster sheets for facilities.

To be considered for an Administrative Assistant, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

High School Diploma. Minimum of four (4)years of experience in an administrative capacity. Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work with web-based and desktop computer applications Ability to prioritize work and create action plans independently.
