We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and lead plan reviews for critical utility and transportation projects on behalf of the City of Salem. What you\'ll do: Lead the review and approval of utility and transportation plan sets, ensuring strict adherence to municipal standards and specifications. Oversee and manage plan reviews for both transportation and utility projects, serving as an essential liaison between Otak and the City of Salem. Provide strategic guidance, leveraging your extensive experience to deliver exceptional quality and drive successful project outcomes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and key stakeholders within the City of Salem, contributing to a diverse portfolio of municipal infrastructure projects. What you bring: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in project management or construction management, with a proven track record in plan review for utility and transportation projects. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex municipal infrastructure projects and working effectively within public sector environments. Exceptional leadership and strategic management skills with a strong ability to operate independently and make high-stakes decisions.
