We are a wholesale propagation nursery with production locations South East of Salem, and East of Stayton. We are looking for someone to join our office team for a full-time year-round position. We consider this as an entry level position with opportunities for advancement and career potential. We employee about 40 full time positions with over a quarter of our workforce having worked here for over 10 years. This position is M-F 9 hours per day (7am to 4:30pm) 45 hours per week. Customer Service \' Answer customer phone calls and emails \' Enter and process customer orders \' Coordinate order shipping, payments, and other related details \' Keep customer records up to date \' Communicate with customers on changes to their orders Accounting: Accounts receivable \' Invoice clients \' Process customer credit applications \' Track and communicate with customers invoice due dates and terms \' Communicate with customers with past due invoices Accounting: Accounts payable \' Enter bills and credit card receipts into QuickBooks \' Ensure bills have the proper PO, approval, or other documentation Office/Inventory General \' Assist Plant Inventory Manager with data entry and data collection as needed \' Assist with general office filing and file organization \' Facilitate communication between different staff locations
