We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team based in Salem, NH. As a Customer Experience Specialist, your role will be centered around delivering exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and dealers. You will be tasked with managing a high volume of calls, processing payments, and coordinating services. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and text messages, providing solutions to customer inquiries.

• Process payments promptly and efficiently.

• Open cases for customers, ensuring they are correctly routed to the relevant dealer or department.

• Coordinate training and transport services as needed.

• Maintain a close working relationship with shop technicians for service writing, documenting all machine intakes and updating work orders accordingly.

• Provide estimates to customers and seek opportunities for driving revenue through shop work.

• Handle primary contact duties for rentals, including quoting, invoicing, taking payments, and ensuring machines are service-ready.

• Collaborate with customer's insurance company to ensure applicable and sufficient coverage.

• Utilize Oracle to maintain accurate customer records.

  Requirements • Applicant must have experience working in a High Volume Call Center

• Proficiency in managing Inbound Call Center operations is essential

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Call Center operations required

• Must possess strong skills in Oracle software usage and navigation TalentMatch®
