Seneca Gaming Corporation Customer Service Manager in Salamanca/Oil Spring, New York

Salamanca/Oil Springs. Customer Service Manager. FT. JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the customer service department and assuring guests have a favorable and memorable gaming experience. Create player loyalty relationships with the facility and ensure accuracy for effective direct marketing programs. Help guests in understanding all promotions in the gaming facility and answering questions about the facility in a positive and complimentary manner.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing plus one (1) year of related experience. Knowledge of bingo and slot machines preferred. Must be computer proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Seneca or Native Preference will be given to eligible applicants Pre-employment Drug Screen and SGA Licensing Background is required
