Description:

• Attend pre-bid site visits for walk-through evaluations.

• Review project plans and specifications

• Locate and solicit vendors and suppliers.

• Perform quantity take offs and estimates.

• Prepare detailed scopes of work, proposals, and bid submittals.

• Negotiate with proposed subcontractors and assist with writing subcontracts.

• Build, develop and maintain business relationships vital to the growth and success of the company.

Skills:

Estimation, demolition, Bidding, estimating software

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management or comparable experience (5+ years)

• Strong attention to detail and

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Good organizational and time management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal

• Great problem-solving

• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, HCSS (Heavybid/Heavyjob), and similar programs
