The ideal candidate for this general labor job will have a willingness to learn and desire to make a career out of their position. Location: Saint Paul, MN Hours: 6 am - 4 pm, Monday - Thursday Pay: $20/hr. Benefits of the boxer / general laborer: Medical/dental/vision family coverage available Safe Harbor 401(k) 5% employer match 10 paid holidays per year Sick and vacation time Short and long-term disability Group term life insurance additional coverage available Critical Illness Insurance Employee assistance program Tuition reimbursement Student scholarships Duties of the boxer / general laborer: Assemble orders Maintain proper/precise documentation Utilize all tools & equipment safely & properly Create pallets Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations/environments Successfully completed forklift training and operate in/outside in all weather conditions Complete daily checklists Load/unload trucks Follow quality policies and comply with all requirements Perform other various duties/tasks as assigned Requirements for the boxer / general laborer: 2+ years related experience Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions, verbal commands, and work orders Ability to work with different materials Must be able to use standard measuring tools such as tape measure, caliper, and micrometer Able to work closely with fellow employees Ability to operate/train on forklift Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks Additional information To learn more about the boxer / general laborer position, contact Marissa at 763-571-7077.
