Are you ready to shape the future of hotel pricing and revenue management? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Strategy Manager to lead and innovate our pricing strategies across multiple hotel clusters. Join our team and be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and optimizing business decisions through data-driven insights!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Data-Driven Initiatives: Develop and implement cutting-edge pricing strategies that maximize revenue across our hotel clusters. Utilize your analytical prowess to measure and integrate market trends, STR performance, and business cases.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with corporate, group sales, and marketing teams to provide strategic pricing and inventory guidance. Align your recommendations with brand philosophies to ensure cohesive and effective decision-making.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Present complex data analysis and actionable insights to senior executives and cross-functional teams. Engage with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to drive collaborative and constructive initiatives that benefit the entire brand.
  • Continuous Improvement: Innovate and enhance existing tools and processes to optimize revenue decisions. Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively develop new methodologies to improve organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Revenue Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of revenue management strategies, principles, and best practices. Experience in optimizing pricing and inventory to drive business success.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities. Comfortable with numerical analysis and skilled in deriving actionable conclusions from data.
  • Effective Communication: Professional and confident communicator who can present complex information clearly and respond to questions from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in internet software, office tools, and business intelligence systems. Expert-level Excel skills are essential. Ability to build executive-level presentations.
  • Detail-Oriented and Multi-Tasking: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Curiosity and Insightfulness: Naturally inquisitive with a passion for exploring data and uncovering insights that drive business decisions.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of revenue management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Experience managing multiple locations is a plus. Experience leading end-to-end projects, from initial analysis through to strategy implementation and post-project evaluation.
