Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

In 2022, Edward Jones invested $ 1 billion in technology infrastructure, digital initiatives, and virtual business enablement tools. We're currently in the test-and-learn phase and are looking for talented, motivated professionals, that want to be part of this transformational journey. Are you a continuous learner and open to new processes and technology?

As a member of our team, you will contribute to our financial advisor and branch experiences. You will support key strategic initiatives for our North American Operations, working with key stakeholders across our Branch and Service divisions.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to delivering on coding, traceability, reporting, and analysis within scrum team.

  • Build basic business, technical and/or appropriate product knowledge.

  • Execute quality solutions for business and enterprise software needs.

  • Pairing with others to perform basic programming assignments and occasionally working assignments independently.

  • Assist with production support responsibilities (i.e., on-call support and triage rotation)

  • Assist in developing program level requirements and designs.

  • Develop, test, document, and implement quality programs from acceptance criteria (expected to contribute approximately 50% of paired responsibility)

  • Generates assistance with program/task estimates.

  • Apply and execute simple complexity test plans to ensure quality.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $70659

Hiring Maximum: $116516

Skills/Requirements

What You'll do

  • High School Diploma and at least 6+ months of relative experience in technology

  • Experienced with technologies like Java, Angular, Junit

  • Solid written technical documentation skills including accurate and updated program flows, narrative of changes and standard support documentation.

  • Collaborative and effectively works well with others.

  • A continuous learner, forward-thinking, open to new processes and technologies

  • A working knowledge of at least one or more of the following technologies:

" Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday through Thursday."
