Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include performing general production line tasks such as loading boxes of lids into hoppers and covering them as they proceed down the Class 1 line. Additionally, you will handle the inclusion of different ingredients into the mix. A significant portion of your role (50%) involves cleaning the production lines and equipment during changeovers (CIP - cleaning in place). You will also rotate between different lines every hour or two to broaden your skills across multiple processes.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing environment where you will work on the floor and be exposed to mechanical operations as well as cleaning and caustic solutions. The team consists of 48 people per shift, with 12 individuals per line. The PM shift operates from 7 PM to 7:30 AM with a 30-minute lunch break
