Description:
PACIFIC COAST BUILDING SERVICES, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR AN
ACCOUNTING (Accounts Payable) INTERN
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Sacramento, CA
WAGE SCALE: $18.00-$20.00
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assists in A/P statement reconciliation & invoice coding and processing
Assist in maintaining and analyzing A/P reports for completion and accuracy
Process employee expense reimbursements
Assists in the preparation of financial reporting for PCBS and related subsidiaries
Assists with month- and quarter-end close procedures
Internal Audit support
Cost-reduction studies
Maintaining business licenses renewals and applications
Assist in processing and maintaining fixed assets
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Currently enrolled and taking classes towards an Associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting/Finance or a recent graduate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.
Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier.
Valid CA Driver’s License.
