Restoration Technician: Quick Response Restoration, Inc.(Round Lake, NY) seeks Restoration Technicians to Perform production processes, demolition, water extraction, pack out of contents, cleaning, removing/disposing of unsalvageable materials and other labor intensive tasks involved in water mitigation, sewage losses, fire/smoke restoration, mold remediation, trauma clean up and disinfections. Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products and supplies necessary for the day. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging and equipment for each project. Perform all activities in accordance with IICRC standards. Use math skills to calculate how much equipment needs to be placed on the projects, per IICRC standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow technicians. Document all communications and activities in web based applications on hand held electronic devices. Adhere to safety guidelines. Req: Ability to move up to 70 pounds often - by pushing, pulling, lifting or otherwise. Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights and tight spaces. Ability to work in full PPE with full respirator on mold remediation, heavy smoke jobs, sewage losses and trauma clean up. Valid/clean driving record and ability to drive distances in 14’ box truck. Ability to work flexible hours when on call. Travel to client sites in Saratoga County, Albany County, Rensselaer County, Schenectady County, Warren County, & Montgomery County. Pay rate: $29,494.
