Job Title: General Laborer (Roswell, GA) Duties: Daily maintenance of clean and organized job sites. Off-loading/relocation of materials and equipment. Trenching for piping, footings, concrete slabs, waterproofing, etc., both manually and utilizing light equipment. Installation of footings (setting rebar, grade stakes and pouring concrete). Installation of structural waterproofing (covering surfaces with sealant, installation of piping and gravel). Installation of storm water drainage piping. Repairing irrigation systems. Installation of concrete slabs (forming, prep, mixing, and pouring of concrete). Requirements: Two years experience as General Laborer or closely related occupation. Special Skills: Two years concurrent experience must include operation of trackers, Bobcats/skid steers, trucks; asphalt installation equipment; trenching for piping and forming, prep, mixing and pouring of concrete.
