Job Details Requirements NYS RN license MSN required Professional National Certification required Minimum 5 yrs. leadership experience. Responsibility Must have experience in a complex clinical setting with demonstrated leadership ability. A solid knowledge and understanding of the Magnet credentialing process and prior work experience at a Magnet facility is required. The Magnet Program Director will be responsible to promote clinical innovation, evidenced based practice and evaluation of patient care outcomes to ensure compliance with magnet standards by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This individual is responsible to oversee all requirements associated with the Magnet Recognition Program. The candidate must demonstrate strong writing, communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to motivate others and promote excellence in patient care. Salary Range USD $144,000.00 - USD $215,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
