Manufacturing Engineer (818943) | White Bear Lake, MN Our client, a well-established provider of customized tooling solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. The ideal candidate will have experience providing basic engineering support for manufacturing divisions, as this position will support Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Master Data work. This is a direct-hire opportunity that will be fully on-site in White Bear Lake, MN, so only local candidates will be considered. Duties: -Project research, justification, and implementation. -Master data maintenance (materials, bill of materials, pricing and routings). -Master data projects (mass fixes, queries, reporting). -New product costing and/or pricing analysis. -Conduct time and efficiency studies. -Analyze and recommend layout and work flow. -Review and recommend updates to production standards. -Research, recommend, and manage capital equipment and automation projects.
