You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Development team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You’ll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC’s strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application.

The Managing Director (MD) role will serve as the primary strategic advisor to senior leaders for the Marketing & Sales portfolio, driving the global business agenda in alignment with the technology strategy. The MD will act as a thought leader and catalyst for change, driving the transformation of our product operating model through effective portfolio management.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates proven thought leader-level abilities, directing and leading teams with emphasis on the following areas:

  • Possessing 5+ years of Agile development experience

  • Partnering with global leaders including CMO and CRO to deliver technology in support of firm strategy;

  • Overseeing the implementation, optimization and operations for a portfolio of multiple sales and marketing technology systems including Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud and Adobe web content management systems including AEM, ACS and digital asset management;

  • Acting as a liaison between global business and technology stakeholders to assess the understanding of prioritization, dependencies, and portfolio-level risks across strategic initiatives;

  • Leveraging knowledge of client/user experience to promote new ways of working, particularly within the Salesforce platform;

  • Staying informed about external trends and serving as a subject matter expert on innovation including AI and UI/UX;

  • Leading and coaching teams to support their professional development and deliver high-quality work outcomes;

  • Demonstrating a global mindset and working across borders and cultures to achieve business results;

  • Collaborating with product leaders throughout the organization to establish portfolio roadmaps and facilitate ongoing planning efforts;

  • Providing expertise and thought leadership on Lean Portfolio Management industry standard practices, particularly in an environment with products at different stages of their agile journey;

  • Possessing experience with Salesforce platform including CRM and Marketing Cloud, and with the Adobe AEM platform;

  • Demonstrating knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);

  • Organizing change management experience in driving large-scale transformation;

  • Possessing experience with product management technology tools, including Aha;

  • Demonstrating interpersonal skills that enable working with stakeholders from various functions/departments and the ability to influence without authority / direct accountability;

  • Providing thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts, identifying and addressing client needs;

  • Possessing prior technology experience at a senior level in a large, global organization;

  • Building and managing trusted relationships across technology and business stakeholders;

  • Managing cross-functional, sourced, and matrixed technical or product teams;

  • Resolving conflicts to drive direction and stakeholder alignment; and,

  • Presenting/Communicating to senior and executive leaders.
