Key Responsibilities:

KPI Monitoring and Analysis:

• Regularly track and analyze KPIs related to Sales Force efficiency.

• Compile sales activity reports, identifying threats and opportunities.

• Present KPIs to division managers.

Targeting and Segmentation:

• Implement and maintain targeting and segmentation strategies.

• Align territories effectively to optimize sales performance.

Data Processing:

• Analyze national and local data (coverage, frequencies, call rates, patient education).

• Collaborate with sales on specific project analyses.

Quality Compliance:

• Ensure all activities adhere to quality system requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field with IT skills.

• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving goals.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and basic Access).

• Fluent in written English and Italian.

• Curiosity for digital tools and learning agility.
