AMEX is seeking a Business Analyst Intern in our Rome office. We are searching for a recently graduated analyst interested in Payment Industry and Data Analytics, who would like to work alongside our Acquisition Growth Team. This is a paid internship opportunity that will provide the intern with an excellent, hands-on introduction to a thriving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.  

The Intern will play an important role in the Team for Planning, Analytics and Lead Generation Strategy. Interns will be offered an opportunity to be involved in meaningful projects, especially in Planning and Acquisition Strategy. The intern will also support the market through data and meaningful projects. 

*Key Projects *

• Cards promotion planning and implementation.  

• Sales Planning and Target Setting

• Supporting the analysis of Acquisition KPIs to identify improvements to acquisition activities. 

• Keep Monitoring Partnership Campaigns and Lead Generation Strategy supporting the End-to-End Process

• Relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. 

*The intern will gain experience in the following areas: *

• Implementation and rollouts of Acquisition Reporting 

• Use of Analytical and reporting Tools 

• Deep understanding of Acquisition and Lead Generation Strategies 

Skills & Experience Required *: *

• Current graduate students are encouraged to apply. 

• University degree in Economics, Engineering or Marketing & Communication. 

• Organizational skills and Proactively problem solving. 

• Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement. 

• Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel & PPT). 

• Basic Phyton and SQL Knowledge will be a plus.
