My client is a CPA firm based in Rockville, MD looking for a Senior Auditor to join their team. The ideal Senior Auditor for this role will be responsible for overseeing the audit process, review team members work, perform risk assessments, complete financial statements audits, assisting with reviews, compilations and reporting on financial positions. The company offers great flexibility and good work-life balance.

Daily responsibilities of the Senior Auditor include:

· Assist with financial statement audits.

· Prepare and evaluate workpapers.

· Post various journal entries.

· Prepare financial statements.

· Assist with other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

The ideal Senior Auditor we seek must have the following qualifications for consideration:

· 3+ years of accounting experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

· Experience working on audits.

· CPA or pursuing CPA licensure, a plus.

· Strong communication skills.
