As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. 

You will be responsible for:

•  Repairing and Maintaining Machinery: You will repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines/equipment.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: You will troubleshoot and repair production machinery/equipment, including pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines, and racking systems.
• Adjusting Functional Parts: You will adjust functional parts of devices and control systems/instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Repairing and Replacing Parts: You will repair and/or replace defective parts to keep equipment in top working condition.
• Installing Special Parts: You will install special functional and structural parts in devices/machines to enhance their functionality and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years experience of mechanical maintenance experience in a production environment, with a preference for candidates with thermoforming experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Proficiency in programming and understanding PLCs.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
