Job Title: Operator

Job Description

Seeking long-term Panel Line Operators for first and second shift positions. First shift runs from 5:00am to 3:00pm, and second shift from 12:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour days. Responsibilities include operating a saw and a panel line, loading materials, and running boards through machinery that cleans and glues them. Operators will also run a 14-foot beam saw, set specifications, cut, and stack materials. The role requires operating and troubleshooting machinery, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail due to the high cost of errors.

Hard Skills

• Machine Operator experience

• Forklift experience

• Production experience

• Ability to adjust machine settings

• Experience with cabinetry, countertop, or furniture making (preferred)
