Coating Technology Inc Quality Manager in ROCHESTER, New York
The Quality Manager will manage and lead the associates and facilities that support metal finishing processes within our AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 and Nadcap quality management systems. The ideal candidate will fulfill the expectations outlined below:         Management of all quality functions, incoming materials, and completed finished product.        New employee introduction training for quality and safety        Manage Laboratory for compliance of daily operational processes.         Supports internal and external regulatory audits of function.        Waste stream management/disposition.        Oversee regulatory compliance testing.        Manage quality system performance metrics.        Manages process integrity, business data collection and reporting to senior management.        Organizational lead of NADCAP certification expansion for all processes.        Works closely with Customers on all NCR related issues.        Work with Operations to resolve non-conformances and create short- and long-term solutions for continuous improvement.Qualifications and experience:         BS or greater in Chemistry or scientific-related field.        Knowledge of AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 and Nadcap.        Prior leadership experience a plus.        Prior metal finishing experience a plus        Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word)
