We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist in Rochester, New York. As part of our team in the cleaning industry, you will be handling account coding, accounting functions, and utilizing various software systems like QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Handle account coding activities to ensure accuracy

• Use Accounting Software Systems for efficient management of accounts

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial transactions

• Manage resources effectively using Concur and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Perform various accounting functions to maintain financial health

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks and Accrual Accounting

• Conduct auditing procedures to ensure compliance

• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions

• Use Quickbooks Online for managing financial tasks.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required

• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is necessary

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Proficiency in using Concur is required

• Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential

• Must have a solid understanding of general Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is required

• Experience in Auditing is a must

• Knowledge in Automated Clearing House (ACH) is essential

• Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online is required
