Actalent is looking for a full-time Manufacturing Engineer to support our client, a leading DoD organization, onsite in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Engineer, to play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality, and driving efficiency.

• Your responsibilities and focus will include: lean manufacturing methods, continuous process improvements, electrical knowledge with emphasis on circuitry, ability to read schematics, and training production staff. You will also work with customers on design specs, and provide customer support throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• Continuous improvement / Product quality

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies

• Component selection

• Must be willing to work onsite
