The Leadership Development Manager position is responsible for delivering exceptional facilitation & learning experiences in four core lanes for Consumer Group:
1) Leadership Onboarding
2) L.E.A.D elite, and top-talent programs
3) Career growth classes in our Development Catalog
4) A suite of Team-Based offerings This position is also responsible for initiating and maintaining leadership development discussions with assigned Senior Leaders to identify needs, provide appropriate course/training recommendations, encourage participation, and provide completion progress updates to help propel development in multiple leadership levels and roles.IMPORTANT NOTE: This position can be located in any HQ, major-RBO, or Customer Experience/Loyalty Center. This position will be supporting virtual facilitation in ALL FOUR time zones, which will require schedule flexibility. In-person facilitation requiring travel is currently 20% a month.

FACILITATION

  • Facilitate effective leadership programs utilizing various delivery methods including traditional instructor-led, co-facilitation, and virtual classes by managing the training environment, leveraging technology, and providing effective learning session follow up.

  • Employ adult learning principles and positive reinforcement techniques to maximize learning and skill development.

  • Leverage leadership development theories by reinforcing key points during and post training

RELATIONSHIPS & PARTNERSHIPS

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to identify leadership development need, provide existing, relevant recommendations, along with regular updates on program health

  • Understands and provide ongoing support for ever-evolving business strategies and challenges.

  • Engage, foster, and collaborate with key partners to identify key business priorities and support the execution and adoption efforts.

  • Act with high degrees of customer/client confidentiality

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Effectively use communications to ensure project health, transparency to risk and to maintain a strong project team sense of respect and trust

  • Establish the tools and processes to track and report on the program health and progress towards program goals (ex. LMS completion report)

  • Develop post-training support and reinforcement tools to sustain behavioral change and drive improved performance

  • Adjust resources and organizational structure as the focus and goals of the program change to ensure efficient delivery of results

  • Responsible for gathering information needed to create and deliver appropriate materials/tasks (ex. PowerPoints, training visual aides, email communications)

OTHER

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of frequently facilitating virtual sessions for large audiences with a focus in leadership theories

  • Strong consulting and/or counseling background

  • Field Operations knowledge or experience

  • High degree of executive maturity, emotional intelligence, and professional posture

  • Shown competence in relationship building; easily connects with remote and on-site teams

  • Proven track record of prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks/projects at once

  • Demonstrates ability to think critically in decision making and balances both long- and short-term impacts

  • Understands and adapts to the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all business platforms

  • Preferred: certification in The 6 Types of Working Genius, DISC, Clifton Strengths, and/or Multipliers

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma/GED Required

  • Bachelors Degree in organizational behavior or business preferred

* Legally authorized to work in the United States

Washington Pay Range: $102,500 to $138,700

California Pay Range: $96,400 to $130,400

New York Pay Range: $96,400 to $130,400

Colorado Pay Range: $92,000 to $124,500

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
