Job Description:

L3Harris is looking for an Inventory Management Support D to join our team. This person will contribute to the company’s success by supporting roles tied to the Inventory Management -direct and should be flexible to work within the Order Fulfillment / Stockroom departments. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

Essential Functions:

  • Packs or prepares items for delivery to internal and external customers, including small kits and large systems.

  • Pick items from stockroom to support work / move orders.

  • Stock materials into inventory storage locations.

  • Performs inventory cycle counts.

  • Lifts heavy items and may operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, cranes, forklifts, etc. upon receipt of internal certification.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to maintain accurate records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.

  • Previous stockroom, packing, or warehouse experience including picking, put away, and cycle counting.

  • Proficient computer skills, including experience using Oracle EBS, Agile, and Microsoft Office programs.

  • Multitasking ability to work concurrently between multiple software programs.

  • Able to operate a forklift upon receipt of internal certification.

  • Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

  • Perform tasks using a ladder with possible heights up to 10ft.

  • Ability to be in a stationary position 85% of hourly shift (shifts are 9 hours)

  • Capable of moving up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong customer focus and communication skills, exhibits strong teamwork and collaboration.

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $42,500 - $79,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
