IAM Administrator III

Overview

• Often leads cross-team development efforts, taking responsibility for technical project leadership

• Consistently sets the bar for code reviews and technical advice on their team

• Performs well under outside pressure (e.g. customer escalations, Priority incidents)

• Suggests technological tools that could help improve the delivery of customer solutions

• Focuses on expanding own skills and working towards achieving certification in subject area

• Self learner, can jump into new technologies with minimal management or training*

• Dev/Ops role with a mix of about 50/50 programming/project efforts and administration/task based work.

Advanced PowerShell command line and scheduled scripts

Technical Documentation

Participate in On-Call rotation (roughly one week a month with minimal after hour's needs)

Handling level 3 helpdesk ticket escalations and reviewing system emails with a mindset of automating repeated manual tasks

Should know additional coding languages - Java, JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Scripting

Advanced troubleshooting skills in Unix and Windows environments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline such as Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or Engineering

4 years of relevant experience

or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with MS Active Directory, LDAP, relational databases and access management systems

Experience with role-based access control, account onboarding processes and system integrations

Experience with PowerShell, Javascript or UNIX shell scripting

Experience with writing advanced level queries for relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, etc.)

Experience with two-factor authentication and privileged account management tools

Project management and work coordination skills

Ability to translate business needs into solution requirements

Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within defined timelines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and leadership
