Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

Seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include traveling to commercial buildings within a 90-mile radius to repair rooftop standard package and split unit HVAC systems. Technicians will inspect and repair belts, pulleys, and condensate drain lines, test the power and performance of various components such as compressors and motors, and ensure the proper function of safety and operational controls. Additional duties involve general repairs of steam/hot water boiler systems, diagnosing airflow and ducting repairs, quoting necessary work, ordering parts, and creating service reports and quality inspection images.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, New York.

Work Environment

This is a travel HVAC Technician role requiring travel within a 90-mile radius. Technicians will use a company van and return home the same day, with no overnight travel. The work schedule is flexible, primarily Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with potential for evening and weekend work. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $30-35.
