The Coordinator – Japanese Sales and Technical Support Specialist will be supporting Japanese speaking customers in coordination with various groups within the company for the purpose of customer satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain customer relations.
Receive support requests via phone call or email, facilitate communication between customers and appropriate groups within the company, and follow up thoroughly.
Familiarize yourself with automation products, their features, benefits, and use cases.
Interpret technical information into accessible content for non-expert customers.
Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, software, robotics, automation, or related engineering/technical field; or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Ability to interface with customers at all levels of the organization via phone call, email, or in person.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Ability to travel to customers, tradeshows, and events.
