What you’ll do:

The Projects Sales Manager Western Region will be responsible for the growing the Eaton UPS projects Sales in KSA Western Region, build and strengthen business relationships with partner organizations, ensure Eaton has the proper and scalable route to market, meet or exceed sales revenue, profitability, partner recruitment objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales and strategic objectives.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of projects’ partners.

  • Generate demand from the market, focusing on engagement with decision makers and develop the best solutions to address customer’s needs.

  • Engage with consultants and end-users to present Eaton’s UPS value proposition and obtain consultant approvals for power quality projects.

  • Building and growing a minimum of 10X pipeline of the project sales target of current year and forecast monthly.

  • Leads the joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, to ensure productive partner relationships.

  • Facilitate product and sales training to partner’s field sales’ teams.

  • Coordinates the involvement of the Eaton support teams, including pre-sales, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.

  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

  • Deliver customer presentations and attend partner sales meetings.

  • Ensures Partner compliance with Eaton Go-To-Market policies.

  • Work with internal departments such as the marketing, back-office or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply

  • Maintains CRM correctly updated following Eaton guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent experience in industry

  • 5-7 years experience with UPS brands (directly or indirectly)

  • Personal network within the building/ construction industry

  • Demonstrate experience in pipeline management and analysis

Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge of the AC UPS

  • Partner Business Planning skills.

  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and Eaton teams.

  • Accountable, proactive, and results driven.
