A DAY IN THE LIFE
Assist Project Managers by preparing/typing various items such as letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, outline specifications, timesheets, and expense reports
Prepare various forms as directed by Projects Managers (subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, agreements, professional service agreements, and transmittals)
Preparation for meetings and trainings including scheduling, preparing handouts, and coordinating lunches
Point person for proposal and capabilities packages. This includes putting together proposal covers, tabs, company information, sell sheets and assembling with remainder of the materials provided by Project Manager
Prepare and maintain files including job lists, subcontract tracking list, and vacation lists.
Answer incoming calls to the office
Book all travel when necessary
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
3-10 years of coordination experience with a general contractor is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Procore experience a big plus
Must be proactive, self-reliant, flexible with changes, detail oriented and work well under pressure
