Job Title: Plasma Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plasma Operator to set up and operate plasma cutting and fabrication machinery. The ideal candidate will be able to load raw materials into the machine and follow blueprints and mechanical drawings for each specification. Additionally, you will complete test runs on machinery to ensure proper measurements and perform quality checks before the final product is processed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plasma cutting and fabrication machinery.

• Perform quality checks before the final product is processed.

Essential Skills

• Experience operating CNC type equipment in a manufacturing setting.

• Proficiency in plasma cutting, plasma table, and plasma torch operations.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Any education and/or certifications related to CNC or manufacturing is a bonus.

Work Environment

This position is in a non-climate controlled environment. We have one opening on the 1st shift and one opening on the night shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Missouri.
