Large manufacturer and wholesaler that specializes in PVC fences, injection molding and related products is hiring for an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic for their out east facility. Responsibilities

• Experience reading and interpreting documents such as mechanical, and electrical prints or schematics

• Intermediate to Advanced electrical training or experience with single and three phase electrical circuits up to 480 volts.

• Identify functional failures through trouble shooting methods and make decisions to replace or rebuild failed component.

• Routine maintenance on all equipment: Inspections, filters change, oil change, grease, purge clogged lines and document findings.

• Trouble shoot electrical components motor starters, solid state relays, overloads, fuses, safety circuits, motors, solenoids.

• Pneumatic equipment trouble shooting slide gates, blow down devices, solenoids.

• Powder conveying system; Vacuum pumps, sheave alignment, drive belts, level sensors.
