General Laborer

Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be part of a dedicated team of 4, working in an outdoor setting to ensure that construction waste materials on site are properly sorted and placed in their correct locations. Your role involves actively communicating with your team to meet recycling objectives and maintain safety standards. You will also participate in necessary training on your first day to ensure you are well-prepared for the tasks ahead.

This is a fully on-site position in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Work Environment

This position operates in an outdoor setting, which may be subject to varying weather conditions, both hot and cold. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, resulting in a 50-hour work week. There is potential for overtime, including 8 hours on alternate Saturdays. Safety is a priority, and the team is led by a direct supervisor who ensures that breaks are taken as necessary.
