Your Role and Responsibilities

Nesta funço, você trabalhara em nosso IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), onde oferecemos profundo conhecimento técnico e do setor para uma ampla gama de clientes do setor público e privado em todo o mundo.​ Esses centros oferecem aos nossos clientes habilidades e conhecimento técnico para impulsionar a inovaço e a adoço de novas tecnologias.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Necessario ter Ensino Superior (Graduaço) concluído na area de tecnologia;

• Sólida experiência no atendimento de chamados nível N2;

• Experiência com Grafana e Dynatrace;

• Obrigatório ter certificaço Dynatrace Associate;

• Disponibilidade para trabalho em regime de escala 12x36 na cidade do Rio de Janeiro.
