Job Title: Controls Technician

Job Description

The Controls Technician is a crucial role that oversees environmental and equipment variables in our grow rooms. The successful candidate will report to the Horticulture Team Leader, monitoring operations from seeding to harvest to ensure smooth functioning. Tasks include interfacing with equipment, troubleshooting, and upholding safety and quality standards. The ideal individual for this role is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, tech-savvy, and capable of operating with minimal supervision. Task prioritization and fostering a positive work environment are key aspects of this role. The pay rate ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with a night shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule, including alternating weekends.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Ringgold, Virginia.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of two areas: one warm and humid at 80 degrees, and the other cold at 35 degrees. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a facemask in the GMP/food production areas, will be provided by the company and is mandatory to wear.
