Job Description

Role Overview:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing patients support programs with digital solutions, driving customer intimacy, and innovative approaches to business and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience & Digital Transformation

  • Takes the lead in driving patient-centered initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and recommending new patient experience frameworks and digital tools.

  • Provides primary support for conducting patient journeys (PJ) and ensuring that BTs have a strong understanding of patient needs, motivations, and adherence issues/barriers, based on patient flow modeling and journey mapping.

  • Supports the implementation of Patient Support Programs (PSPs) while overseeing Affiliate operational PSP program management.

  • Collaborates with Medical, HEOR, and Market Access teams to identify potential Patient Reported Outcomes and other clinical evidence to enhance AbbVie's reputation as a leading patient-centric organization.

  • Identifies and shares best practices for improving patient experience across brands/countries, particularly in terms of care model implementation.

Innovation Manager & Digital Transformation

  • Encourage the organization to continuously seek fresh ideas, inspiration, and innovative ways of working from internal colleagues, external industry experts, and sources outside the industry.

  • Lead digital transformation efforts by utilizing analytics, reporting, and strategic initiatives to drive change within the affiliate.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize budget and spending by identifying and leveraging global content for local use within the affiliate.

  • Establish and maintain platforms that foster the exchange of innovative ideas and best practices among colleagues.

  • Develop effective strategies to expand the customer base through content enhancements, personalized interactions, and metrics-driven analysis of digital traffic.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including in-house digital tools, market research, media planning and purchasing, analytics, customer experience, and IT to extract meaningful insights from data and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Professional and Personal Development:

  • Evaluate performance levels, identify underlying causes, and develop action plans for continuous improvement within areas of responsibility.

  • Apply knowledge and skills acquired through AbbVie training programs to work practices and ensure follow-up.

  • Continuously update products and customer journeys knowledge through reading textbooks, journal articles, technical documents, online resources, market research reports, and other relevant sources. Stay up to date on relevant scientific, social, and technological developments, and participate in events such as congresses, symposia, field visits, training programs, and other relevant events as required by the job.

  • Take on responsibilities within company projects and adapt to changing or new work conditions and requirements.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Business acumen and knowledge of pharma industry, market data management and digital

  • Additional Business/Leadership qualifications and training would be an advantage.

  • Good understanding of the organizational processes and procedures

  • Change Management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Organizing and facilitating brainstorming workshops to bring new ideas to fruition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Helping other people turn their ideas into reality.

  • Good commercial, entrepreneurial and innovative thinking/analytical skills, comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Excellent local language and English.
