Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Environmental Business Line and Historic Preservation Team by performing and reviewing HUD CDBG-DR NEPA Section 106 reviews as it pertains to archaeology. Assist with the coordination with State SHPO and Tribes for Section 106 compliance. Work in a team environment that implements strategies, processes, and solutions. Assist with documenting and assessing internal controls for state and local governmental entities. Assist with developing proper procedures for HUD CDBG-DR NEPA environmental reviews for various state agencies. Communicate progress of projects, problems, and resolutions to the Historic Preservation Manager and team. Research and identify complex program issues or problems. Make recommendations for and coordinate resolutions and improvements.

: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times. Travel may be required.
