Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Marketing Manager with a focus in the Semiconductor industry, based in Richmond, California. This role will require you to be a key driver in the growth of our company, managing industry events, engaging with clients, and formulating marketing strategies. This role involves domestic and international travel and will require you to build relationships across the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company growth through proactive outreach to clients and prospects

• Manage an industry event calendar and attend trade shows

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies to expand our business footprint

• Build and maintain relationships with key industry figures, including owners, subcontractors, engineers, and specification writers

• Utilize CRM and database management skills to track and analyze customer interactions and data

• Leverage analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and adjust marketing campaigns

• Develop and manage brand awareness campaigns and advertisements

• Oversee budget processes and campaign planning to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships and resolve customer inquiries

• Contribute to product development efforts based on industry trends and customer feedback. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar capacity

• Proficient in CRM and Database management

• Demonstrated expertise in using Facebook Insights and Google Analytics

• Proven track record in creating and managing effective advertisements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of brand awareness strategies

• Experience in budget processes and campaign planning

• Excellent customer service skills

• Familiarity with facilities management and machinery

• Proficiency in costing and contract negotiation

• Experience in the construction industry is a plus

• Knowledge of ISO Quality Standards

• Experience in PM - Plant Maintenance is preferred

• Proven track record in product development

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and lead cross-functional initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
