About the role

The Talent Acquisition teams mission at CBRE is to “be skilled and experienced brand ambassadors that use data and innovative recruiting techniques in partnering with the business to attract and acquire diverse, high-quality talent”

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the staffing operations and programs of assigned team supporting a key high growth client account. You will develop recruiting strategies, facilitate recruitment activities, regularly interact with the client and oversee operational processes, including vendor management, reporting, and budgeting.

What you’ll do

Develops and implements recruitment strategies and processes tailored to the client’s needs

• Manages development of team metrics and data analytics, ensuring reporting support, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and making necessary adjustments

• Creates networks and demonstrates knowledge within property/facilities management, material handling and adjacent industries with specific focus on technical talent

• Provides timely and effective end-to-end recruitment service to all businesses whilst engaging key stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey

• Coaches, mentors and provides training to team to maintain high performance standards

• May guide diversity recruitment initiatives depending on market requirements and priorities

• Ensures full compliance and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, recruitment policies and local requirements such as visas, sponsorships and OFCCP compliance

• Builds and maintains strong candidate talent pool for the client’s future hiring needs

• Acts as a brand champion to applicants, prospects and providers

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 6 years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience

• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition management/supervision experience

• Efficient and commercial approach to problem solving with sophisticated communications skills

• Ability to build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders and influence decision makers

• Previous experience developing and implementing creative solutioning plans and programs to attract and retain talent

• Excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills to connect with all client groups

• Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment databases, sourcing tools, and data analytics to include Avature, Microsoft Office, Boolean Searches, and PowerBI.
