Summary of Job Purpose:
Plan, coordinate and implement patient care specific to the patient population on assigned unit. Ensures care is provided in an efficient, safe, manner, consistent with standards of care, remains, flexible to changing systems, is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice. Population served based on scope of services in the department.
Essential Job Qualifications:
Education: License:
Nursing diploma or graduate of accredited school of nursing. Current NYS RN License.
Experience: Other:
Previous Med/Surg and/or ICU experience preferred. CCRN preferred
Training:
BLS,ACLS, PALS certification required, Critical Care course preferred
