This Project Manager provides exemplary field support while ensuring Real Estate business processes are actioned with speed, efficiency, and integrity. Main responsibilities are focused on being the conduit between the field, the Real Estate Support team & cross-functional partners. To be successful in this role the candidate must collaborate, effectively communicate & leverage relationship building with cross-functional partners at all leadership levels with Finance, Store Design & Construction, Technology/Workforce Management, HR, Real Estate, Logistics, Procurement/Supplies and 3rd party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supports key operational activities for new store openings and remodels 20 weeks before open through post opening for all Real Estate transactions

• Drives Real Estate openings onsite while supporting store team through the daily activities as outlined in the scheduling template and key operational tasks

• Primary partner for store-specific needs and issues during the pre-open process

• Influence organization by assembling insights and patterns that impact our Real Estate & BOC process

• Ability to assess talent & process risk throughout store’s real estate journey & provide appropriate level of feedback to partners

• Improve impact of new, remodeled and relocated store openings by providing timely resolution of risk factors and accurate communication of changing details

• Supervises Temp Space/Closure process in partnership & collaboration with Manager, Real Estate

• Be an advocate for stores; solicit feedback and drive improvements through strong working relationships with the Field and cross functional teams

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience; minimum 2 years of project management experience

• Ability to travel 50% to support Real Estate openings

• Ability to make strategic business decisions on a broader scale to influence the individual store opening and BOC process

• Demonstrates adaptability; is a skilled change agent and navigates ambiguity with composure and focus

• Moves with pace/agility & can quickly assess & connect the dots

• Leverages situational leadership to effectively communicate to all levels within & outside of the organization

• Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills & ability to drive thinking

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience in CRM platforms a plus (example: Salesforce/Fexa)

• Bi-lingual in French or Spanish is an asset
