Pricing Analyst | Reston, VA

Job Description:

This role manages all pricing functions and supports the cost analysis and estimating functions for major bids. The Senior Pricing Analyst develops flexible financial models to support cost proposals and management decision-making, including ROMs and What-if Scenarios. The position involves developing and preparing cost volume narratives and compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with solicitation requirements. The analyst assists with strategic thinking and insights to achieve Price To Win (PTW) target values and presents pricing scenarios to management for bid approval. Additionally, the role includes designing and implementing budget and planning tools that provide timely feedback of financial status, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of management reports, supporting audit requests, and collaborating on special projects. The position requires close work with Business Development, Operating Groups, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Payroll Departments to ensure systems and processes capture the required financial details for budgeting and planning. Other duties as assigned are also part of the role.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ Years of true pricing experience

• Strong Excel capabilities (Vlookup, X Lookup, SUMIF)

• Price to Win and/or Competitive Pricing for FFP, T&M, CPFF, IDIQ contracts

Location:

Reston, VA (hybrid - 3 days on-site)

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Reston, Virginia and some days remote.
