Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - Digital Assistant Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on developing and managing digital assistant solutions within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in building conversational interfaces, have a deep understanding of OCI, and be passionate about enhancing user experiences through advanced digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Implementation:
Design, develop, and deploy digital assistant solutions using Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) on OCI
Create conversational flows, intents, and entities to deliver seamless user interactions
Integrate digital assistants with backend services, databases, and other systems to enhance functionality
Customization and Optimization:
Customize and optimize digital assistants to meet specific business requirements and improve user experience
Implement machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance the accuracy and responsiveness of digital assistants
Monitor and fine-tune performance metrics to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective digital assistant solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital assistants into various applications and workflows
Provide support and training to end-users and team members on utilizing and managing digital assistants
Maintenance and Innovation:
Maintain and update digital assistants to ensure they remain current with evolving business needs and technological advancements
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and digital assistants to drive continuous improvement
Experiment with new features and functionalities to enhance the capabilities of digital assistants
Documentation and Reporting:
Document development processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for digital assistant solutions
Prepare and present reports on digital assistant performance, user interactions, and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing digital assistant or chatbot solutions
Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is highly desirable
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certified Developer, or AI/ML certifications are a plus
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using Oracle Digital Assistant and related development tools
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and NLP technologies
Experience with APIs, web services, and integrating digital assistants with various systems
Familiarity with scripting languages and development frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
