Citrix CSP Sales Program Leader

Job Description:

Arrow is seeking an experienced and dynamic Citrix CSP Sales Program Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving the Citrix CSP (Cloud Service Provider) sales program within Arrow, with the objective of growing market share through effective distribution strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the cloud market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to design and implement innovative sales programs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Citrix CSP sales program tailored to Arrow's distribution channels.

  • Drive sales growth by identifying market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and leveraging ArrowSphere, Arrow's Cloud Marketplace.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies for Citrix CSP.

  • Identify and recruit new Arrow ECS resellers nationally to grow the Citrix CSP business

  • Actively engage with existing Arrow ECS resellers to evaluate their business, offer business development assistance and access to Arrow resources.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Citrix contacts and other strategic partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Monitor and report on program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Provide training and support to partner sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell Citrix CSP solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on cloud services and solutions.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales programs, particularly within the IT distribution or cloud services industry.

  • Strong understanding of Citrix products and services, and familiarity with cloud marketplaces such as ArrowSphere.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$147,100.00 - $215,054.31

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
