Discover impactful work as our new Field Service Engineer based in the Nordics! This highly exciting and professional role will deliver a high level of customer service resulting in customer happiness.

Responsibilities

You will primarily support our Nordic based customers utilising our magnetic sector ICP product portfolio being responsible for:

• FSE obligations in line with health and safety guidelines.

• Specific product support to be given on HR-ICP-MS and MC-ICP-MS providing on-site services

• Work remotely to exceed customer expectations ensuring they become promoters of our business through positive feedback and dedication.

• Deliver the highest professional relationship by raising technical issues to quickly resolve accurately critical tasks as the need arises.

• Optimize own work coordinating with all the required partners

• Manage company assets including parts inventory and company car

• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of activities

• Collaborate with the Sales team regarding lead generation, customer activities and updates.

Candidates can be based anywhere within Norway, Sweden or Denmark, providing you live close to an international airport.

Who we are looking for:

• Professional person with greater than proven experience in handling- or servicing HR-ICP-MS and MS-ICP-MS gained either as an Engineer, application specialist or working as a Scientist or Technician in a laboratory

• Proficient in English; additional Nordic languages a plus

• A valid Driver’s License

• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, with an always customer-centric approach

• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills

• Willing and able to travel extensively on a weekly basis across the region (4 to 5 days per week), including some overnight stays and longer trips for trainings etc - up to 70% annum.
