In this role you will support the development and implementation of our enterprise’s Data and Analytics Governance strategy. You will act as a data steward and provide support for the assessment, improvement and governance of quality and ongoing fitness-for-purpose of the organization's foundational data and analytics products.

What You Will Do

  • Support governance and process development principles to drive end-to-end Data and Analytics framework implementation and adoption. Helps create, monitor, and measure adherence to the Implementation of Data and Analytics Governance Strategy and Framework

  • Helps identify approaches for defining, improving and executing best practices and performance measures for foundational and strategic data and analytics products

  • Inform data governance standards for data and analytics assets; monitor and report on key metrics

  • Manage data governance vendor relationships in alignment with business needs

  • Track data governance requests/issues, prioritize remediation efforts and assist in resolution

  • Help with security and access control; Guide onboarding procedures for projects

  • Work collaboratively with internal business partners to help ensure that there are procedures and templates for documentation of data governance plans and data dictionaries

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

  • 3+ years of experience in related field.

  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field.

  • Data quality/analysis management experience including querying and analyzing data

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possess exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities

  • Capable of driving enterprise-wide initiatives to improve data integrity and compliance

  • Capable of addressing data issues proactively

Technical Skills

  • Data quality analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and knowledge of Python

  • Experience with Data Governance and Quality tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, Verato, Collibra, Ataccama)

  • Experience with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Kanban)

Salary Range

$68,200.00 - $109,100.00
