TECHNICAL ANALYST
Job Description:
MainStreaming is in a scaling phase; our team is going to expands internationally and the heart of our product the R&D team is looking for new talents to join us. In order to improve our platform documentation, we are looking for a talented technical analyst who helps us to document our projects like web portals and web applications for the management of media contents (media player, media manager) and also for the CDN side configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
You will participate in the design of software applications dedicated for the video streaming by collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
You will be responsible for the clarity and completeness of the documentation.
You will propose, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to maximize the efficiency of documentation.
Deliver and maintain documentation for stakeholders, developers, and customers.

SKILLS:
Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Visio, Word).
Knowledge of UML diagrams or other systems of representation of entities and relationships between entities.
Knowledge of documentation software like MediaWiki and Confluence.
Good synthesis and schematization skills.
Proficiency in technical English
Knowledge of the mechanics underlying the software development cycle.
High communication and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED:
Basic knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, C, C++, Java.
Basic Knowledge of ISPs Technology
Knowledge of the tools for the collection of requirements.
Knowledge of the formalization methodologies of the requirements (Agile, Use Case).
