Job Description Summary

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for transactional pricing of Healthcare Financial Services (HFS) equipment lease and loan business, primarily in the United States. Role interacts closely with commercial, operational, and capital markets teams to handle lease / loan program price target-setting, escalations, reporting, and analysis.

Role requires financial background and ability to understand and operationalize concepts related to Yield / IRR / ROI, interest rates, indexing, etc., as well as HFS commercial dynamics.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with primary funding partner EverBank, review and approve deal pricing exception requests and coordinate quarterly price target setting and communication process.

• Manage pricing relationship with HFS’ primary off-book funder in the USCAN region, including specific deal exceptions, escalations, margin reporting, and other areas.

• Coordinate and communicate accounting / pricing implications of lease / loan products with both HCS finance teams and HFS Controllership.

• Serve jointly with HFS Global Pricing Leader as the global Supertrump pricing software subject matter expert.

• Deliver HFS USCAN pricing metrics and operational reporting … margins, fees, etc for quarterly HFS review processes.

• Build strong operating connections with key functional stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Risk, Controllership, and Asset Management.

• Additional projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field with minimum of 4 years of Finance experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field with minimum of 2 years with Financial Management Program (FMP) experience .

• Strong Excel modeling skills.

Characteristics

• Graduate of GEHC FMDP / GE FMP program desired

• Quick learner with strong analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with financial systems, data warehouse, and applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
